Our jerky is made with 100% premium beef, and most of our smoked sausages, meat sticks and bites are made with 100% premium beef and/or pork. We source the finest cuts of imported and domestic meat – always whole slabs, never shreds.
We use a rich blend of real hardwood – maple, beech, birch, and hickory – to slow smoke our
products.
Nope! We do not use any artificial preservatives!
Yes, all products are gluten free.
“Flavorings” is shorthand for garlic, onion, black pepper, red pepper, sea salt and many other
herbs and spices.
Don’t worry! We do not process seafood/shellfish, eggs, peanuts or tree nuts of any kind in our
facility, and none of our products contain any nut allergens or by products. We do not use
sesame or any other oils in our products. Apart from our Jalapeno Cheddar Chophouse Bites, which contain real cheese, our products are dairy-free (no milk).
All Tillamook Country Smoker products are MSG-free. There are no added nitrites or nitrates,
except for those naturally occurring in cultured celery powder and sea salt. Gluten free soy sauce is used to bolster the flavor in just a few of our products.
We recommend sealing and refrigerating our products after opening – be sure to consume
within one week. If the product is not refrigerated after opening, we recommend eating it within 3
days of opening.
